Referrals

William J. Koontz & Associates values the friendships and relationships developed over the years through case referrals. We are happy to accept referrals from lawyers of any practice area in exchange for a percentage of our attorney’s fees in the referred case and would be happy to enter into a referral fee arrangement with you.

The State Bar of California authorized lawyers to share fees on a case, so long as the client is made aware of that fee-sharing agreement in writing. We comply with all State Bar rules when entering into a fee-sharing agreement.

Be assured that the person you refer, whether client, friend or family member, will be in good hands with our firm and will be treated with the same respect you would afford.
